Unfortunately many of us have experienced plants poorly packed and arrived damaged. I have had my share of bad packing, poorly boxed, and damaged plants. I always email the vendor when ever this happens to me.
Today I received a box of Neofinetia that I ordered on Monday and it arrived today. These three plants together cost less than what Jayfar bought for his one plant he purchased recently. His plant arrived damaged.
