Default Anyone have some Neo pollen?

My Neostylis Fuch's Cream Puff pushed out a spike last week and it already has 13 buds. I'd like to cross it back to Neofinetia falcata to get the size down and hopefully keep the white with pink/lavender lip coloring, constant fragrance, and very long-lasting flowers.

A very kind grower, Mr. Wu, gave it to me at the 2012 IPA symposium. His remake of the cross.

I hope you find some! That'd be cool. I'm bloomless. I'm without blooms. (Seinfeld reference).

How would you need the pollen? Would it keep if you had a flower, or do you need the plant? I don't know how long the pollenium lasts once it's separated from the flower. I'm fascinated with the idea of making hybrids, but I've never done it.

Hi Kristen, you can just send the flower, probably the newer the flower the better, but pollen can last for several months if kept in a cool, dry place.

People take the anther cap off with a toothpick and the pollen sacs stick to the toothpick. Some people put it in a square of wax paper or glassine envelope; others use little 5 ml plastic tubes used in biochemistry or medical labs. I've also had people in send the flower.

Kristen and Gareth, I'll PM you. Thanks for you help.
