I think a bean leaf is a short, thick, fleshy leaf, at least I think I read that someplace. I think that Kip is probably right about this one, I couldn't find any thing smaller than that. Thanks all for the input...Jean

Jayfar, Thanks for the pics. that is a nice Seiryjushi, mine is such a tiny little thing. I have had it over a year and it is still under an inch. Nice leaves, good roots. Living but not thriving I would say. Think I may try some bottom heat on this one. What do you think?....Jean

I don't have a really good idea of the growth rate for these; I've only had mine two months and I can't say it's grown in that time.
