I see on Andy's site he has only one Neo variety and spells it Onamisecai. A google search on that name finds at least one year old thread on another board suggesting that the name is mis-spelled and that the plant may actually be some form of Amami Island Neo.

I was going to suggest Amami form as well, which is the common Neofinetia falcata form.

This is interesting. I went over to New World Vision, Dr Glenn has "Ounami Seikai" available. Normally he has a listing per growth but for this plant he sells it for $45.00 and the description is "green arched leaf, multi-growth seedlings". In addition he has the double asterisk indicating it is a new plant.
Here is his picture:

Matt, tsuke is where the leaf meets the plant. s.kallima posted a collage of the differences:

OHHHHHH! I was thinking she and CM Bob were talking about the leaf itself. Now I see the pattern. Definitely the plant I have is clearly not the plant s.kallima or New World Orchid has. I speak English, read English but sometimes it takes awhile to understand it! Thank you so much A. Mouse.

I looked up the Kanji meaning of this 大波青海 Oonamiseikai. Based on the translator found in the reference guide on this board. These characters mean Large, Waves, Sea, Blue. This reminds me of a very famous painting by Katsushika Hokusai (1760-1849) who created this extraordinary picture around 1831. It is known as The Great Wave Off Kanagawa.

Sorry Matt if I mislead you about the tsuke !
Oonami Sekai is a very nice plant, I love it's tsuke, the flowers point upwards, and the leaves are nicely curved, if you have a chance you should get one !

Uhhh...no apologies necessary! I ummm ordered one from Dr Glenn--thanks to you!! And thanks to this thread I have an even better understanding of this plant. Your montage of tsuke REALLY helps! I just went through my collection and I identified each one of them based on your photo data.

Yeah, I didn't understand where to look for tsuke until s.kallima posted that composite pic. Once again, thank you so much for that.
