Anyone Ever Heard of the Fuukiran Meikan Chart?

I've been looking on the Internet for the Kanji, Romanji, and English name versions of the plants I own. For the most part, this has been an easy task. But there are some names I just cannot find! So I found this chart. This is a 2005 edition. As you can see, it is all in Kanji! But the person who posted it, translated it as well. Here is the chart:



The very top rank is translated as "Extremely Rare Fuukiran" these are the plants that were considered extremely rare in 2005. Do you see your Neo in this list?

When you find this information, maybe we can turn this thread into a "sticky". The rest of this chart is also translated. I did not post that other information since I did not know if there was any interest. Here is the second rank:

I was hoping you had a later version. From what I read, the Japanese Fuukiran Society publishes this chart annually. I would love to see the most recent chart just to compare what we know from 2005. It would be nice to be able to anticipate or ask for some of the more special Fuukiran versus the common ones from our Neo vendors!

Look at a thread over at the Slippertalk forum titled "Neofinetia ranking question(s)," which discusses the 2010 edition of the chart. There was a more recent chart (maybe it was 2010) for sale on ebay a few weeks back, but a search there comes up empty now.
