Very nice ! Can you tell us what is in the pot ? I see cork bark but anything else under ? It is an interesting way to mount it !

Is placed on the cork and then I filled around with bark and sphagnum moss, but almost all the roots remain on the cork, only 2 have entered the pot.

Love the way you planted this!
An interesting fact to note, the yellow forms of Neofinetia falcata are not actually pure falcata. We thought they were pure when they were first brought to the states but we have since learned that they are a hybrid of some sort.

Love the yellow on this, roby.
And, not Bob you are correct, Kibana (and perhaps this one) are Neo crossed with Ascocenda and perhaps crossed back to Neo, but everyone still loves them.

I agree, it's very interesting. Same thing with Fujimusume, and the other colored Neo flowers that are intergeneric. Can't remember their names and can't find the booklet from Seed-Engei. It's somewhere...
