It appears from the number on the back of my tag that I paid only 30 for my similar sized one at the SEPOS show, but I guess subjectively the form and variegation might be better on the ebay one. My leaves are a little twistier and one bottom leaf is solid green.
Below is mine as it appeared in April (new leaf has continued to slowly grow since).
