Hi Ginger. I am watching NWO's auctions and I have noticed that there is not a lot of bidding on the plants they offer--unlike Seed Engei. This is why I was surprised that I've won several plants on eBay the NWO has listed. You have a better than average chance to winning a bid if you can figure out how much you are willing to pay for a plant. Either one of those two plants listed is worthwhile. I would probably go for flowering plant. There will be more attention to the plant with the seed pod and more competition. This is a variety of Neof. that develop three colors--probably requires a lot of bright in direct light.

I'm bidding on the pots. Unlike you I haven't figured out how to make my own pots. BTW, I'm displaying some Neos in my orchid society show and I've been asked by the display chair to include my Higashidemiyako in its Cubby pot.
