Hmmm, good point about the black spot, although I'm not sure if it's guignardia; I'd expect to see it on more than one leaf and the other marks look more like mechanical damage. Could always remove that leaf proactively. I'll likely pass on this one anyway for budgetary reasons, although I do like the variegation.
On the other hand, the description for Amanogawa on Orchids Ltd.'s site says:
