Right, it was probably rolling around in the box and got dry traveling from the West to the East coast which caused it to look travel worn but the plant is fine. Hopefully, I won't kill it with too much love.

it's definitely your fault, not Satomi's! You should have ordered at least 10 more so there wasn't room to bounce around! Next time you'll learn!

Totally agree with not Bob. Red, you definitely need to order more. It's true the package I received from Seed-Engei had 24 Neos, but each were well wrapped in newspaper with plenty of peanuts. The majority of the plants are for our OS mounding/mounting workshop with 5 special plants for the annual auction.

Also, on thing I've learned from Peter Lin at BLO is to have the vendor "put hold for pick up" on the package. Much less wear and tear on the package and it stays cool. Peter is the king of packing plants; I tried to learn how he does it at last year's IPA Symposium, but I need more lessons.
