Make sure you don't give it too much light, mine was under t5 lights and lost all white, it turned into a regular green plant... A shame! Now I am trying to get new leaves white by giving it less light.
Otherwise the roots are fantastic pink to red and they stay that way as long as they grow, not like other varieties which red tips turn brown as they grow.
