Welcome!

I'm a shima killer, I did in one and another in ICU. Trying my hand at a standard Nagoran.

Oh my....that is so sad so many of us are Sedirea killers....but I love them so much I know I will keep trying. Yep, that tanks is the 36" x 36" exoterra. The leds currently on it are 4 13w Jungle Dawn screw in bulbs and the ones I will be adding will really pack a punch....2 x 20 wt plus 2 x 18 w screw in bulbs....I already have blooming in plants I had never had bloom. So am expecting when I add the others in a few weeks I will really see the tank come alive with flowers and more growth. I keep mostly species but have a couple of hybrid neos...I REALLY want a bean leaf....one of those little guys, not sure what they are called....the smell of a neo at night is heavenly.

sbd, that's a Neofinetia falcata Senzai.

Great work on your tanks. Think I see a Phal lindenii or celebensis in there.

Ahhh, celebensis....had one and somehow I killed it. What you see in these is either stuartiana or schilleriana....got them as seedlings and lost the tags so will know once they bloom. Going to get two philippinensis in a couple of weeks. I am not a huge Phal collector except for the mini and mottled leaf species. I have a few parishii and one finally bloomed for me earlier this year...sooooo cute. Thanks for the neo bean leaf variety name....need to get one. But that shima is calling me....

The mottled-leafed Phals are so lovely in bloom and out. Stuartiana, schilleriana, and philipinensis all have gorgeous leaves. Think about getting a Connie Moody which is a near primary of celebensis and has its lovely leaves as well as pinkish celebensis-shaped flowers...

Thanks for the heads up Jayfar. These are all nice looking plants. For anyone considering these plants, I hope you get them right around the asking price. As anyone else noticed that some of these plants are potted in white net pots? I wonder if there are larger withe ones available, especially the special Neofinetia footed pots. I think I'll email Satomi.

I think they ran out of black pots. Got some moniliforme from Satomi last month and all were in white pots.

Adrienne, do you like the white pots? It is a nice change from the black. It is like Apple and their black iPads. Then they offered white iPads. My sister went crazy when she found out white iPads were available. She drives a white car with white interior, has a white iPhone...she accessorizes with white. Told her she was crazy.
