I did snag a modest Suikaden bean leaf (flowers will have green tips) for 25.79.

Yeah, I know somewhere in this thread I said I wouldn't be buying anything for a while.
It was a dang steal is what it was! Oh well-- with my streak of bad orchid luck lately, it's good I didn't get any.

Oh it is no big deal just 4 fancy goldfish & a Pleco. I took my 55 gal cichlid tank down a year ago as it got to be too much for me to keep up. Everyone misses it.

Thanks Jayfar! I was hoping I would actually loose, since I was considering just buying the plant off of the August 2013 list. But then I just started bidding, and eventually got it. I now have a mountain tsuke, an ocean wave tsuke, a lot of crescent tsuke, now the only tsuke I don't have is "straight".

If I can acquire a MANJUSHAGE 曼珠沙華, my "gather Neofinetia" days are over and I'm going to focus on getting all of my plants ready for winter. Since I'm heading to New World this weekend, maybe I can get this plant from there?

You really think you'll come back from New World without at least a half dozen new plants??? We should have a betting pool to guess how many you bring back.

But yep, I'm with you on going into prepare for winter mode. I'll try to do the winter rest thing by the book, with an eye toward optimizing next year's blooming.

EDIT: I see you were the sole bidder on the KINGINRASHA.

Yup, I won that one too!

Regarding my visit to NWO, I have to admit that I already have on order three Neofinetia that I'm picking up on Saturday. I'm going to see if NWO will suggest a straight Tsuke plant. I'm looking forward to my visit with them, other than Hausermann's in Chicago, NWO will be the second orchid vendor I have ever visited.
