Recieved my Fusamaru today.

Nearly passed out from the cuteness.

Immediately put in order for a minmaru shima and chabo to Dr Glenn.

Wow Joyorchid! That is a GREAT looking plant! I understand why you worked so hard to win this plant--that is what you 'won' on eBay last week, right?

You just got one and turned around and ordered two more? Yup, I think you got it!

Someone on the Board will buy it. I am not confident enough in my husbandry to make that kind of an investment. It is beyond lovely though.

Battleship....sunk. They totally got you!

Good choice on your new order though. You're gonna freak out when you get chabo. Seriously. I have NO idea if it'll ever bloom (I've never seen one in bloom, so I assume they keiki or they do culture plates of these to re-produce them). But it doesn't matter-- they're cute little plants.

Actually, it was your picture somewhere on this forum that made me go for the chabo. I knew I'd kick myself later if I didn't get it.

Do you keep yours in moss, Ryan? What kind of water and fetrilizer are you using? I am a bit concerned when it comes time for us to shut off the evaporative cooler and my humidity goes to zero.

Joy--

this might be appropriate for another post-- I'll put it in one that already exists and link it. Hang on.
