So, I lost the auction on the fusamaru, the variegated phal, and (gasp) ... the minmaru.

Minmaru isn't very rare, Satomi & Naomi (seed-engei in general) has a ton of them every time I see their booth. Just e-mail them and ask for one. I think at orchid shows, they retail for like $25 or so. If you're dying for one, I would suggest you e-mail asking them for one

I have emailed Seed Engei with no reply. New World Orchids has some as well, but I haven't recieved a replty from them either. Maybe I will wait for a orchid show!
Oh, I am looking for the variegated variety, the shima.

Seed Engei can be a little slow to respond to email, but they probably will eventually. They're probably busy getting ready for a show:
8/9-8/11 Summer Exotic Plant and Orchid Festival by Newport Harbor Orchid Society Westminster Mall, 1025 Westminster Mall, Westminster, CA.

Joy-- there aren't very impressive shows in Colorado, so unless you're traveling, I wouldn't count on it. NWO or Seed Engei will reply soon, I'm sure.

Smile, that happened to me once I totally forgot about the auction. Hopefully there will be another one coming along soon. I slept the colorful hybrid Neo. Yubae. Then decided that it was not such a great loss as I usually buy Neos for the variation of the leaves and roots not the flower.

NWO may have been having email issues. I've been using the phone to communicate.
