It is a beauty I would give it a try. Be careful about your budget though because sometimes these auctions go nuts. Decide what you want to pay for it Matt & don't go too far over that. I am speaking from experience; I tend to lose my mind. lol Also be mindful that someone with a bunch of money is reading you post so don't show you hand. Let it go if you have to another will come along. I got mine directly from Seed Engei for $100.

Aren't you going to SEPOS? See what Satomi has at the show first.

I would make sure if it is really the clone, but not a seedling. Supposedly, lots of seedlings come from South Korea, and about one in hundred will bloom like the parent. Since this one has narrow leaves, the % may be higher but still only 10~20%.
Manjushage seedlings are getting cheaper, so spending over $150 for something may not come out like its parent is a little too much for my budget. But it is just my opinion.

Might be a good idea to check with the vendor and see if this Manjushage has bloomed already or/and been confirmed (as a three spur bloomer). I was told they don't always bloom true esp. the seedlings.

Excellent advice Miss_Cat. Seed Engei is a reliable source of this Manjushage plant. Many of us on this board have either purchased their Manjushage from Seed Engei, New World Orchids, or Orchids Limited. This is one of the few plants where "caveat emptor" is well heeded.
