Glad to hear it. If I bid on the Fuji-nishiki I mentioned upthread, it won't be at a reasonable price apparently. It was a little high before, but shot into the stratosphere while I was napping today. I don't have a bid in yet.

Time left: 7h 4m 0s (Dec 14, 2013 19:34:45 PST)
Current bid:US $132.50

The starting price was 29.99.

18 bids from 3 bidders.

Ginger is that you bidding? If so I'll let it go. Otherwise I may bid at the end.

This Fuji-nishiki 富士錦 is a lovely and festive plant. I hope the eventual winner really appreciates this purchase!

I love these sort of half-stripes! Is there a formal name for that type of variegation? Is it just stripe?

Yes I am in it Jay. Actually, it is not worth where we are going in this auction despite being a lovely Neo I think the bidding has gone beyond the value of the plant.

Let me know if you want me to bid on it at the end to bail you out. I haven't bought any since late October, so I'm not over budget right now.

PS: Also hope your back gets better. My gf is plagued with back problems, so I know how bad that can be.

Thanks Jay I bid my limit if it goes over enjoy....I know it will be in a good home.

This back is free to anyone who wants to see what true misery is. I will see my neurosurgeon on Tuesday who will probably set me up for surgery after the holidays. At this point I welcome surgery.

Good luck guys with this special Neo

Congratulations Ginger!

I see someone unsuccessfully tried to snatch it at the 1 second mark (wasn't me).
