FtW Windowsill Neo Collection :)
Here is my collection for your ( hopefully) enjoyment
My Amani has a yellow flower and a white flower on a same spike. Somehow I find it odd.
So here is a list:
Amani in bloom
Amani potted
Furan #1
Furan #2
Kisuzume (yellow bloom)
Kogane Nishiki (yellow tiger stripe)
Manjushage ( 3 spur)
Nishidemiyako ( marginal stripe)
Seirujishi ( needle leaf)
Senzai ( bean leaf)
Post #2 coming, it doesnt let me attach any more pictures to this one..

4 more:
Shisen ( collected in China)
Shutenno ( pink flowers)
Soubiryu ( 2 spur)
Suikaden ( white flowers with green tips)
Sorry for the crappy sort of pictures, I will get some black fabric next time. I tried various locations and the wall seemed to do the best.
Cheers

Very nice well rounded collection. Your Kogane Shiniski has beautiful coloring and I have never seen ruby roots on a Shutenno really nice. Your mounted Neos are really happy. My collection is lacking a Senzai...love yours. Thanks for sharing .

Thank you for the kind words I love neos, shutenno is in spike , I will add a picture once it blooms. Shishen, the Chinese one, looks a bit beat up but very dear to me- I practice Kung fu and it is so awesome to have a live piece of China at home
Most of these came from Glenn from NWO, he is such a pleasure to deal with, can't say enough thank yous to him. I got 3 from seed engei via eBay - those auctions are so hard to win.. Senzai came from Jeremiah Chua at the excellent price - he is here on the board and I believe he might still have a senzai or two to part with. Amani is from Hausermann- it is blooming second time since last fall.

That's the one plant I have in common with your collection; mine has a short spike.

I know. I think maybe you beat me out of at least one of them. Is your NISHIDEMIYAKO from ebay last weekend? Were you bidding on the KIRINMARU bean leaf? I got that one and it was the one I really wanted (since I didn't have a bean leaf).
I don't ebay very much at all, but the one thing I've picked up on is that the last minute of an auction is brutal.

Jayfar, I got it from eBay last Thursday and I stopped bidding after I won as that was all the money I had to spend on plants lol even with the auction it wasn't cheap heh but I had not have a striped one so I was bidding like no tomorrow. Sorry if I outbid you but I really wanted it

Haha, yep that was me, but I only *really* wanted the bean leaf anyway. I dropped out of the NISHIDEMIYAKO auction at $30, but I had my max bid at 90 for the KIRINMARU (got it for 57.21).
Neofinetia Falcata BEEN Leaf Nice Shape Japaneseorchids Kirinmaru
I thank you for helping me stay within my budget.

I've noticed there were quite a few bids from bidders with over a 1000 feedback. I wonder which nurseries are they. Also, seed engei needs to do more auctions
