These looks like seed engei plants. I got 2 in the pots like that and I repotted into a bigger moss mounts. The problem I had with these 2 inch tiny pots is that moss was drying out extremely quick and I had to water every 2-3 days while my other neos in high moss mounds I water once a week ( You'd want for moss to dry completely after you water before you water again but not to remain dry for long periods of time, especially during summer growth period) .
Id buy 2.5-3 inch plastic neo pots and some long strand sphag and have some fun potting Kelley's Korner ( Plastic Neofinetia Pots (Pots & Containers) : Kelley's Korner Orchid Supplies, We offer everything to grow great Orchids!) online shop has cheap plastic neo pots. Your plants look really healthy though. Give them plenty light, some fertilizer and they will grow in no time!

They could very well be from Seed Engei. I ordered them from Al's Orchids. They were several US$ less via Al's. I did not want to invest too heavily in Neofinetias until I figured how to raise them successfully. I say that about the plants...so I spent another US$40 on neopot making supplies! So far I have spent over US$100. LOL!
@AnonYMouse, yes, I'm waiting on the tutorial too <S>. I'm also thinking I need to learn the Japanese words for "Grow you little plants! GROW!

What I meant to say I guess is that they look like ones I got from seed engei. English is my second language so I dont always succeed to convey exactly what I am trying to say.
Also, just $100??? lol Neo's like spoiling :P be ready to love and nurture and spend money on them New pots to dress them up, new moss to keep them comfy, RO water unit , fertilizer, new lights, humidifier.. Oh there are SO many ways to spoil neos :P

Carol said somewhere that Al's does get them from Seed Engei. Looking at some of those tags, I agree with her.

Commanding plants to grow in Japanese is beyond me. I'm sure your Amami will comply gladly, not personally familiar with the other two.
The one I got from Al's might have been repotted by him. Its a multi-growth plant mounded in one of the plastic neo pots with a inverted net pot or neo frame. Not bought one this big from Seed Engei, they might do the same?
And a $100, including the pot making supply?

I really had to stop my penchant to hit "add to cart" when going through Al's Orchids. There are several plants I would like to buy from New World Orchids, but I'm going to wait to see how I do with these plants before I order more.

I did not keep my own advice, I went and ordered two plants from New World Orchids. They arrived yesterday 05/31/2013. One is not a Neofinetia, but a Sederia Japonica. I really like NewWorld Orchids.

And we all knowingly said to ourselves, "Sure, sure, see how long he waits."

And a month from now we'll be admiring the photos you'll post of your dozen Neos.
I'm able to exercise some self-restraint – I started with 3 (plus a Sedirea japonica) from Seed Engei a month and a half ago and now I have 7.
I only have 2 on my must get soon wish list: Kinkousei and Seiryujishi.

LOL Jayfar. What is scary for me is that even after I got this new plant, I was already at New World Orchid's website looking for a plant with dark green leaf and streaks of white. Or a plant that has "wind swept" leaf.

Don't forget to check out orchidweb (Orchids Ltd); they currently have about 60 Neos listed, all with photos to help you see what might interest you. And at least browse Seed Engei and watch for their next batch of ebay listings (japaneseorchids); they don't currently have any on ebay, but they put them up for bid there fairly often.
Edited to add:
Another great read for anyone interested in Neos (and I know this has been linked from other threads) is an old thread on the slippertalk forum. Just google "paging Jason Fischer." He expands a bit on some of the things he discussed in his Orchid Digest article. A wealth of knowledge in just that one thread.
