Yes, Seed Engei is a nursery from Japan. The owner's daughters run it in the US from Southern California. Buying in eBay from them is the best way to purchase from them, not their direct website. Their prices are different on there since they're auctions.
Edit:
If you look on eBay (seller ID: japaneseorchids) right now, they have a few auctions going for various things. I really prefer buying from them at a show or on eBay. Well worth taking a look!

Okay, I bit the bullet! I bought three Neofinetia: Ryokuhou, Shutennou, Amami Fuuran. In addition, I ordered Sculpey clay to make Neo Pots. This is a new area of orchid growing for me. I wanted to start really small and simple. Thank you all for your input and for posting in other threads.

Matt, just an FYI.
If your plants are coming from the different growers mentioned earlier, mind how they are potted.
Seed Engei and NWO pots with just sphag. NWO does a big solid mound. Seed Engei is usually leveled sphag.
Al's uses (in my one from them) uses an inverted net pot or one of those neo mound frames. Its hollow in the middle.
I don't know how Orchids Limited pots (probably unsupported hollow per their video) but my point is to water accordingly.

Thanks for the advice AnonyMouse. These plants should arrive tomorrow. My pottery supply is also arriving tomorrow. I'm going to follow Pilot's example with the pots. These are the most well researched orchids I have ever conducted even before I purchased this plant.

Sweet! Nice buys. Although it seems anticlimactic when you get this big box and then when the unwrapping is done, you have these tiny plants. Lol. They look great though!

Aye that Ryan. Such small plants. Question for you. Do you keep them at this stage as they are or repot them? They are so small I'm afraid ill break them.

You can keep them as is or repot them. It really doesn't matter. Those look like established plants to me.

They are very small. I think I'll keep them the way they were delivered. In the meantime, I'm learning how to make those neopots that
Ryan-San has created.
