I am impressed! I envy you your grow area. I like the hanging glass containers.

Thanks! Yeah I've have found that growing my chids, especially my phals, in a mounted fashion is my preference but I love sh. So I adapted the two and this is what I got. My sogo Vivien variegated (my most white one) loves it! It's a slow grow but it is a happy plant!

So I contacted Dr Glenn at the suggestion of those here to let him know of the sad state the box was in when it arrived. I told him I didn't hold him responsible at all and in fact he did a great job of packing the plants but the USPS stomped on the box! One of the three plants sustained damage but I think it'll be fine. It's lost a few leaves but it looks like that's stopped now.

Anyway, Glenn was super nice and displayed awesome customer service. Seriously nice guy. He ended up sending me a plant to take the edge off the bad shipping experience. He sent a Suruga Fukiran. Totally didn't need to nor was it ever expected but wow what an incredible gesture! I'll forever think of Dr Glenn and his generosity every time I see the plant!
