You got a great haul of Neos I am green. I totally understand your reluctance to pursue action with USPS. I think the same way unless something is totally destroyed. However, Jayfar makes a good point just think about it.

I emailed Dr Glenn just as an FYI. I gave him credit for packing the plants well and doing everything right-- but wanted him to know. I'm keeping the plants regardless so no way am I using the insurance on it because the plants in general will come out fine-- they're just a little battered for now.

In fact... the bean leaf has a spike... crazy!

Oh that is fantastic what a relief! Your orchids are lovely really healthy and so many of them all at once. what a joy! Did they ship to you quickly? I have never ordered from Dr Glenn.

Glenn is typically a very fast shipper. I've always gotten things from him in two to three days in great shape.

I agree. He shipped really fast. The USPS messed it up but Dr Glenn was fast and packaged them well.

I did buy pretty fast actually. I probably should have been more selective in my choices. Actually I take that back...I love them all.

They are all good choices we kind of know what we are looking for when it comes to Neos. I can buy them easier than a dress because I am always studying pics of them and their names. Enjoy your new Neos. I have been online all night at New World and Orchids Limited. obsession nice but still an obsession.
