Garage sale score. Need help with translations.

I walked by a house having an orchid yard sale yesterday. It displayed a bunch of cymbidiums but right below a table, I noticed it had a box full of Neofinetias with tags. I recognized them as a box full of Neos because it looked really similar to how Seed-Engei stored their spare neos during the Pacific Orchid expo when I visited their booth.
In any case, I was able to grab a bunch for sale at a ridiculously low price. Unfortunately, they only had Japanese tags and the seller didn't know much about them. He was selling them for his friend, I assume these are leftovers from an orchid show.

I need help with translating two of the four tags.
Here are some photos, any help would be great.

Yes, I am dead serious about selling a handful of Senzai away. I opened the baggie up and all these clusters were found. Some have 5+ plants per cluster. There are some that are just singles, probably broke off from a cluster. They have healthy roots on them though.

Two of the clusters have ONE odd mutation going on with them. One has a noticeably longer leaf than the rest of the plants, as if reverting back from its bean-leaf mutation. Another cluster is showing one odd neofinetia growth with a more narrow leaf. Truly odd and probably a mutation.

Sorry, I can't help with translations either. I just wanted to say, how on earth could you get so lucky? We have garage sales here year round and I never see orchids!

Believe me, finding someone selling neofinetias for sale at a garage sale is equivalent to winning the lottery. (Too bad I didn't win the power ball yesterday.)
I have tried to google them but with no luck. My brother, who can read Japanese, was able to translate 4/6 of them with accuracy. The names he gave me for 163 and 170 however, don't exist as a neofinetia name. Either these are two variants the US hasn't seen or he's reading the characters wrong. More than likely, the latter.
