After many hours reading all the interesting posts on this forum I decided to join in.
Hi all. I am an Neo grower in sweden. currently I have around 30 variants of this amazing orchid.
I have bougth an variant with the name geumyuhwang, as I have understad it this is an korean name. It's a very yellowish variant. More than Hanagromo. Anyone knows the japanese name for this variant? I will post a pic of it later on.
References say that the key characteristics are: Tiger Stripe, Crescent Tsuke, Green Jiku, Amber/White Root Tips. Says that it was discovered in Showa 15 (1940) in Shizuoka Prefecture.
