Neofinetia with spots on the underside of leaves

I made an order at New World Orchids last week and my orchids came in yesterday. I received Shutennou, Benisuzume and Kuro Shinju. These are first Neofinetias so I am not really sure if these spots are normal or not.

The first one is a photo of my Shutennou and the second is Benisuzume. I did not take a photo of Kuro Shinju because it's rather difficult to really snap a pic, however, I do see some of these spots on it as well.

I actually plucked the spotted leaf off from the Shutennou.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Fungus?

It doesn't feel concave or a raised bump.
