OMG, I've got all my phalanges crossed and hoping your Manjushage repeats its stellar flower performance. I've learned that in subsequent bloomings, Neofinetia flowers get even better.

Oh believe me...waiting has been hard. It had an earlier spike that decided to blast on me earlier this year. As you could imagine, I was not...well...ahem, pleased.

On a side note, when I met Mr. Kasahara this summer (with translation via Satomi) he said the Manjushages that end up with color in the flower are more valuable as well. Mine bloomed with green in the petals and pink in the spurs. Yay!!

I can't wait to see it blooming again!

Just as a teaser, have a look at this four spur variegated one!!! :O
I hope my Koganezuru gives me a bloom like this one year!
