Beautiful ! It is classically potted in Japanese samurai style so there is nothing that can ever go wrong with that. The plant is happy and healthy by looking at the tip of the leaves and the tip of the root coming out of the fan. Good growing!

oh...Ryan: the pink Neo mother of your babies is in spike once again; I will post pictures soon

Congratulations Norris.
Nicely potted! You've got some nice sized fans and I'm sure your other fan will flower too next year so you should get 2 spikes at the same time. That's what has happened to my Neo as she's been growing bigger. In fact I have 3 spikes this year which should bloom in the next couple of weeks.

Thank you everyone for the nice comments. I'm finding that these little guys are becoming some of my favorite orchids to grow, Probably because they seem to do well with my growing conditions... And they are just so cute!

Wjs2nd, right now I have 32 Neos. and 1 Neostylis 'Lou Sneary' Bluebird... I got a little carried away with Neo buying for a while

Really nice plant you have there ! The variegated forms are growing on me ... have ordered some from Glen. I like the pot too ... it makes my beginners pottery efforts at making these look primitive.

Thanks for posting.

Neodex, you can get some nice Neo pots at Erin Bonsai. After discussion with OB people a few years ago, they also make nice Neo pots. They make pots regularily, so if there's nothing you like, wait a while. Some of their other pots workk very well for Neos too.
