2 neos and a sedirea

I'm working on growing my collection! I have fallen in love with a these Japanese orchids. I, also, have a Cymbidium goeringii with tiger stripe but that's for another day. My first Neo, a seed grown seedling with 3 growths, is Kinroukaku. It has all-over tiger stripe. Next, is Onamisecai. It is 2 divisions with 1 growth each. There is some vairegation on the new leafs (I don't know if this is common). Yes, i know it's not in a moss mound. I want the roots to get bigger before I put it in a mound. I had gotten it mounted and it never did very well. It has been in the net pot for a week and the roots have doubled in length! Finally, my sedirea "Minmarusime" which i love! It grows extremely well and fast for me. No spike yet, but I'm think next year it should bloom for me.
