Does anyone know of a list that comprises the different types of Tsuke available in the Neo's. I know of a few, ocean wave, mountain, etc. Just looking for a more complete list.

From this website , an article dedicated to Neofinetia, I could find these types of Tsuke, but there might be more

Namigata: characterized by a wavy line, "the wave of the ocean"

Ichimonji Gata: straight

Yamagata: mountain shape, the junction point draws a bump.

Tsukigata : the most common form of a crescent moon inverted.

There's supposedly also one more called Yumigata, or Bow Shaped. It's sometimes combined with tsukigata or namigata but it's more like an inverted yamagata. I've personally never seen a plant with that one.

Oh and the spelling is ichimonji.

I came across this drawing a LONG time ago, and couldn't find it until now

Blue Title Block:
附けの種類
Tsuke no Shorui
Attachment Variations

Green Text:
附けとは?
Tsuke to wa?
What is the Attachment (Tsuke)?

Next to Green Text
この部分をさす
Kono bubun wo sasu
It indicates this portion

Listed Top to bottom:
月形 - Tsukigata - Crescent Shaped
一文字型 - Ichimonjigata - Straight Line (Lit Number One Shaped, as with the character for the number 1, '一')
弓形 - Yumigata - Bow Shaped
山形 - Yamagata - Mountain Shaped
波形 - Namigata - Waveform

The website also shows a nice drawing with the parts of a neofinetia labeled out:

This has been extremely helpful to this Neo Newbie! I have always been detail oriented so this is all very interesting. It almost--almost, but not quite, makes think about letting go of my other orchids! Thanks, so much for the information. Since I am new with Neos, I have been reading all the available pages here. So much great information! It could fit in a wonderful book on American/European Neoculture. Again, thaks so much--Ted
