I have a N. Falcata which is in a 2.5 inch pot but I dont think it is mature. It has 2 growths each with 8 leaves that are nearly 4 inches long (this is the measure of one leaf and not the leaf span). I know that N. falcata are slow to mature. Does anyone know if this is blooming size? Also on a different topic, what night temperatures are required during the winter? Is 60F-65F acceptable?
I would certainly think a Neo that big is blooming size, so hopefully next spring you'll enjoy the wonderful flower and fragrance. Re temp, sounds fine, but a little cooler might be even better. I don't keep mine in the orchidarium in the winter but rather at a south window (in Minnesota that's probably about 58-60°) in bright light but very dry. Hope that's helpful.
