Show your neo some love and you'll end up with double or triple the blooms next year. You'll fall in love with the amazing scent.

You have some beautiful plants there! I am looking forward to the ones I have getting all grown up
I guess I should get some pics of each of them now so I can document their growth like you did.

Your plants look very healthy and the growth rate is great. What is your culture?

Setsuzan seems to be a fairly robust grower so yours should do just fine as long as it gets it's winter rest each year.

I'm glad I did it. When you look back at the pictures, you can really appreciate how hard some of them have worked to get bigger for you, especially if they are slow growing orchids to begin with.

I just follow the guidelines in the following links below:
http://http://www.orchidculture.com/COD/FREE/FS344.html
http://http://www.orchidweb.com/OrchidOfWeek.aspx?ID=77

I don't have a greenhouse so I've had them under T5's, on the windowsill and now I put them outside under shade in the Summer.

2 more...
I adore this plant. Every new leaf and new growth has kept the same consistent gray w/ green edge variegation. I will be starting training on this one in hopes of entering it in the Fuukiran judging competition in CA, maybe 3 years from now. So I have to remove any out of place growths on it next Spring when I remound.
If any one is interested in buying a division, please post an "aye" here on this thread. I'll check this again next year and send you a PM on price and size.

I've had this one a little over a year and although it's fairly cooperative, it seems to like taking it's sweet time growing. It's only put out 2 new fans since I got it. They are on the other side of the plant and still small.

Thanks for the links. I am growing my neos almost the same way as you are. Under lights, T8's in the winter, then under shade cloth, about 75% in the summer. We have had record heat this summer, but so far the plants appear to be doing well...with some careful watering and regular spraying down the patio to cool the growing area. Last winter I grew the neos in the coolest area of my plant room (basement), close to the lights and let the moss get very dry between waterings. Almost all of my neos bloomed this Spring and I have still have plants spiking outside.
