Beverley, That's really cool!!!! Congratulations!

I remember my first spike last year,and how exciting it was. Is yours mounted or potted?

Just 1 cents worth, make sure that If you get the spike wet it dries out! I learnt this last year where I had 2 spikes /growths and or one spike & 1 growth? .. whatever, ...I 'lost' the other growth.
Do keep us posted as I very much look forward to following the progress of your plant.

Well I think my mount might be a little while yet. Inspired by Kallima and his semi-hydro success, I teased a fan of my Furan out of my mount to plant into semi-hydro. As luck would have it, the semi-hydro fan is putting up a flower stalk, but the mount is still only producing new fans.
