maybe you should try again

We see how mine does after the blooms..That seems to be my nemesis now is after bloom care...I haven't figured out why blooming just craps some plants out.

and an orchidsitter? does this job pay money and have benefits with 401k ?

thanks

For the sphag, a small 150g bag of long strand sphag will go a long way if you only use it for the outside of the mound. But I did get pretty good at using normal sphag for the mounds. I went through my entire bag of sphag to pull out the longer pieces and then tucked one end under a root at the base of the root, folded it over the root and then wrapped it diagonally across the mound to stuff the other end into the pot, then repeat with more. I gave up trying to get it to go around the mound correctly
Now that's not the attitude! You get back on that horse and try another Neo! We'll help you figure out what wasn't right the first time!

Default neo opens

couldnt smell anything at 1st then after a day or 2 open it smells very sweet and like cotton candy. I noticed that the last one of the bunch that bloomed didn't bloom this time but put out 2 new growths instead

the scent is intoxicating .

I think like a sweet heavy vanilla. I re potted again for the show try to make him look more acceptable, I was set back by my lack of proper mounding skills. If he gets fine looking and BIG enough to get out of the house, I send him to Naoki for some mounding
