Default I think my Neo is confused

My Neo is confused.
I have a Neofinetia Shutenno that has two new baby's just starting to grow and what appear to be two new spikes. I thought this was supposed to the rest period.

Each new baby has two leaves and are starting at the base of the plant, the new spikes are two leaf joints above the emerging baby's, all this growth is on the same fan.

You may have kept it too warm. I have some young plants, bought last fall, and I didn't want to give them a cold rest because I was afraid they would not survive as they have very few roots. They stayed under my T5 lights, and now they start growing new roots and leaves.
But my other plants in the cold room are still resting !

Hiya, Mike. Long time no see here. I wouldn't worry too much about the rest thing. Some people grow them in Hawaii and aren't always able to give them a full rest. They still seem to do just fine. Hope all is well with you.
