Thanks for the heads up, about your winter-growing neo. I look at all my orchids daily. I find it beneficial for me as well as the orchids.

What's your normal active growing fertilizing? Something like once a month at around 100 ppm?

I usually run around 125 ppm every watering and flush with plain water once or twice per month. I noticed this year though that I must have been fertilizing a little more heavily than I thought because my 'Choseiden' got really dark green and the green-on-green variegation is disappearing. So I think I'll scale back to 100 ppm on the same schedule and see how that works.
