okay, so i was talking to someone, and read rays website more, so i think im going to shoot for a 99 ppm nitrogen. if you think i should, i could try for something higher

Help. You need to stop worrying about this fertilizing thing.
Of course you can/should do a higher ppm- but then only once a week. Listen to what people are saying- the weakly, weekly practice isn't so common in orchid culture for no reason. People do it because it works, often better than other ways, and is the most convenient for plants and growers a like.

I personally wouldn't give a neo that much fertilizer if it is going to be potted in moss since the moss holds a lot of nutrients.

i totally forgot about the potting mediium!!! thank you soo much for reminding me!! i plan on planting it in the traditional spaghnum mound technique. so then maybe i will just mix a different fertilizer or something. but i will cross that bridge when i come to it.
