So where do you get Biogold fertilizer and HB-101? Also, what do you do with the roots that grow more horizontally then vertically like your roots are? I have lots of new root growth, but most are growing horizontally and I don't think there is any getting them into the moss mound when I remound them! I'm just glad I have roots growing!
Tracy--you don't know how informative this is to me! Mine look so bad as I just couldn't get the hang of it from other things I've seen on potting.I have almost 50 so this is great! Many thanks.BTW I couldn't quite hear the kind of sphagnum you use, in the video.Could you clarify?

Hi Jane
I rarely see you post here and never knew you had that many neos! I have around 50 as well and remounding this Spring was NOT fun. For the ball inside the mound, I use the regular New Zealand sphag. To wrap the roots, I use the the level 5A sphagnum. You can get it here: Orchid Web: AAAAA Level 5 Sphagnum Moss - Japan Import for Neofinetia
I usually try and do it with a cavity inside, however I noticed that the sphagnum which forms the "hill" often tend to dry out faster than the sphagnum in the pot, guess I need more moss on the hill?
Now I just got to find som nice long moss!
