Default Neofinetia falcata and finding POTTERY for them

I have (or will have shortly) about 16 Neofinetia falcata, Neostylis, and Darwinara orchids in my collection. I've seen some absolutely beautiful photos on this site and as beautiful as the flowers are, I've been admiring the pottery the growers have them in. I think there is nothing more beautiful and elegant than a Neofinetia in bloom in a gorgeous piece of pottery. Does anyone know where I can find really nice pottery for my Neo's, and also where to find good Spaghnum moss? I've been seeing alot of Moss that appears "Green". Is this 'green' moss Spaghnum moss? Thanks.

Patrick

Patrick, there are few suppliers of nice pottery for Noe's out there. I have had luck with looking on ebay. Glen at New World Orchids (newworldorchids.com) has a section with some very nice pots. He also sells long strand moss. You can also find it on ebay from a seller called Bonsai Bank. Yoshi sells some other Neo and cymbidium supplies including a synthetic moss look a like thread. Glen

There is a lady in our Society that makes very nice Neo pots. You can check them out on her website at
Home and her prices are quite reasonable $35.00-$45.00.

Personally, I grow mine in plastic baskets like a vanda but as blkorchid said, Marni Turkel has some great pots. I have a few of them and they are really nice. She also has some with built in trays.
