Thanks, Jim. Actually, it smells stronger than a regular Neo. It smells like a jasmine

Why Sandy??? I read that some Japanese put them in cardboard boxes in a unheated garage. Maybe you could get an old refrig. for the winter. LOL!!

Sometimes my 'bluebird' smells like jasmine, at others it smells like honeysuckle. I've tried to pin either one down as a morning fragrance vs an evening fragrance, but no luck as of yet.

Don, I have Neostylis Lou Sneary 'Lea' that made six spikes over the past couple of years and when they were developing they would get to a size of about 1/2" and dry up. I did all of the first aid and nothing worked. The plant finally decided it was time to show of so it has two nice healthy spikes with buds that are about ready to open.

Congrats Jerry. I've never had more than one spike at a time but I do enjoy as I got from a friend who passed away last year.

Naoki your flowers look wonderful for such a young plant. Thanks for posting, I really needed the encouragement with mine.

Thank you. Believe or not, that was the 2nd spike on this little guy. When the grower gave it to me, I saw the old spike.
