Naoki, remember those hangers with the rings I was asking you about? Look at page 293. That's what they look like. That was what I was looking for.

Yep! I am just drooling on those "funky" flower Neos.
1. Shunkyuden (p.160)
2. Tennyo no Mai (p.162)
3. Yatsufusa (p. 166)
4. Yamafubuki (p.167)
5. Onono Komachi (p.254)
6. Nangoku no Mai ( p. 258)
7. Hanamatoi ( p. 259)
8. Manjyushage (p.262)
I bet they are expensive.

Satomi listed Yatsufusa a few months ago. Whoever won it got it for around $60, I think. That's cheap, for a weird flowering neo.

Hi Tracy,
I have bought it from Japan Auctions with 1 click! eBay Japan information 2 months ago. You can find it in potted plant-->orchid section. But you need to check each page. It was JPY2200 = US 22 and the seller had different style. Some can hold 6, 12, 18 or the max is 24. Hope it can help.

Speaking of Satomi, I am just checking her "May" plant list..... I see Yatsufusa less than $60.
Tracy, I am originally from Mie, which is south from Nagoya. As I was going through the book, I saw quite a few plants from it or the prefecture south from Mie, Wakayama ( aka "Kishu" ). I am calling my parents this week to see if they know anything about Neos.

Naoki, is the book called 富貴蘭辞典? I've been looking for that book for a while, but nobody seems to have it.
Shunkyuden, Yatsufusa, and Yamafubuki are fairly easy to get. I'll probably divide my Shunkyuden soon. Manjyushage is still around $1000 a growth, Seed Engei had one at Orchid Express in San Jose. I'm not sure about the others.

I bought Shunkyuden for $50, Yatsufusa for $60, Nangokunomai for $100 from Satomi, and she has Manjyushage seeding for $80 as I know.

Kip, yes! This is the book. Glenn Lehr at New World Orchids has it. New World Orchids Home Page You send an email for the inquiry. He should let you know. I paid $50 + $10 for shipping.
Also, please let me know if you decide to divide your Shunkyuden. Depending on the price, I would like to own it.
