Very nice. That is a happy healthy plant potted in lava rock instead of the traditional moss....delicate flowers cradled by leaves with yellow stripes....its amazing!

Lookin' better every year, Kip.

Looks wonderful! Love the leaves!

This is one of my favourite varieties. I really like the way the variegation looks as though someone has painted it on with a fine brush. I also like the deep pink colour of the flower spike when it grows out.

Looks great Kip! Better and better each year.
Looks like this is the year for flowers. I've got spikes all over the place this year. Cheers. Jim |
Blooming again. Not a terribly fast grower, but the most reliable bloomer out of all my orchids. A third growth is starting to form behind the main growth. I'm glad I started this thread, it's interesting to see how the plant has changed over the years.

Yes it is interesting to see the changes in the orchid over the years. So nice to have a reliable bloomer. :)

Great thread, I really enjoy the year to year updates :)

Very nice evolution, thanks for the pictures. It is becoming a nice plant!
|
I'm loving seeing this grow over time! Thanks for being so faithful with the updates!!
I'm sure you already know this, but for those reading who don't know.. with this type of variegation (cream as opposed to white) the more light you give it, the brighter and ncie your variegation will be! IF it's white instead of cream, lower light because it will burn in high light. |
