Thanks guys. This baby is from Dr. Lehr, New World Orchid. I purchased only one Neo when he came for the local society talk.

Here is my question.

Do you recommend to repot after blooming? Or, can I wait until next season? the moss mound was made in March.

If it just got a new mound this Spring then it's good until next year. However, if you want to remound it again, now after blooming, that should be just fine. They don't seem to mind, going from an old moss mound to a new one. Is there some reason why you want to mound it again?

There are a few roots coming out of the side of the mound.
