Every 10 days or so! I guess I am to big of a scardy cat to let them be dry for that long! Mine seem to dry out in about 3 or 4 days in 50% humidity, but I am afraid they will croak on me letting them be dry for two long? Should I stop being such a sissy? I am surprised I haven't rotted roots yet...lol. I am starting to see some new root growth, that means spring is around the corner!

Gulp...okay! I'll give it a whirl! I can give them dry, but cool will only be as cool as my house is, not above low 70's during the day, around 60 at night. Thanks for the tip!

Sorry for hijacking the thread!

If you are not cool than you may need to water more. 70 is not that cool.... My temps are 50 or so at night and 6oish in the day. I have my lights on at night and off in the day so in the summer I can get cooler temps for some other plants that my partner grows.

No apologies needed. The forums have been a wasteland lately. ;-0

OK Gmaculata,
You need to start a new thread on Den Moniliforme's when you get a couple pix of your set-up and plants, because I have lots of questions, but don't want to take this thread over. (These are my first Moniliformes)

Thanks for the info

G, can you give me the specifics of the bulbs you use on the light rack? Are they T5's? T8's? Full spectrum or just combo of cool and warm? What size?
