Glad to hear you had fun, Tim!
Do you remember what Glenn had in the $1000 range?

I dont remember any of the names but I saw the price of one was $1900. He also pointed out a group of eight plants that were sold for over $6000 to a guy in England. OH! he also showed me a division of a plant that was sold for $300,000 in Japan, I am sure that one is somewhere on the internet

I thought he grew other things also, like Dens. Don't they bloom in the winter? I don't grow dens so I don't know.

Good point Marilyn! I was only thinking Neo's for some reason...lol. I have one Dendrobium moniliforme, but it hasn't bloomed for me yet and I forget when it's bloom season is...perhaps some one else will know. I know there are a few others out there growing these so I hope they will reply soon!

The neos will be in best bloom in spring. Sometimes they bloom during the summer or fall.
Glen does have some nice stuff!

I bet the $300,000 one is a shima variegated bean leaf. That price is for the crazies. I wouldn't complain if I was lucky enough to have one though. Hey did you know Glenn leaves for Japan in 3 days for the Grand Prix Show? I'm curious to see what he brings back...

I think Shima might be the one, I know it was variegated. Yeah, Glenn was pretty excited to go to Japan, I know i sure would be even Iif it wasn't about orchids. And I beleive the Den. moniliforme blooms in spring, all the ones Glenn had barely had any leaves.

Hi Swamper, it is normal for the Neo's to have a winter rest but you are in Florida so it might not be your rest period or maybe it is a winter blooming one, if there is such a thing. NWO is located in Manchester, Michigan.
