I don't know where mine came from, nor what grade it is! I did a joint order with Ramon to meet the $100 limit for Glenn to ship plants from the UK show for us. Ramon then sent me mine and added some moss it the package. I'll have to ask him so that I can try to get the same one again. It might be Glenn's AAAA moss.

Linht, I got my Neo through Asiatica in Lewisberry, PA.
I paid $25 and could have ordered another for the same shipping.

Hi Sheridan!

Yep, I've checked out Asiatica before. I was never able to order from them because they only have a few so I could not find the ones I was looking for from them.

If the regular moss (3A) is too broken up for you guys, you can order the 4A or 5A grade from Glenn. It is much easier to pot up with but will be a bit more expensive than the regular moss. I don't know of the European sources for these but as of right now, I think Glenn at NWO is the only one who has the 5A grade available.

Lovely, Sheridan! Remember to post pictures when you get it!

I'm still waiting for someone, anyone to fork out the dough for DNA testing on some of those yellow ones. So if anybody has confirmed data on this, I'd love to read it!

Camille,

indeed the Sphag I sent you was Glenn's AAAAA tehre diferent grades of Sphag. I normally use AA or AAA to make the basis of the mound, and then I wrap the roots with AAAAA. The more As it has the longer the fibers and the more expensive. It was Glenn who suggested to use AA or AAA and the wrap with AAAAA.

It's possible to order it from him, without plants. That's what I did

Thanks Ramon. You mean he can ship it from the USA with no problems? hmm, looks like I'll have to ask him how much shipping would be, or else I'll wait til May.

Sue, I wish I lived in Australia so I could collect Sarcochilus. I believe they rival Neofinetias.

Sandy you might want to try Darwinara Charm 'Blue Star' (Neof. falcata x Vasco Thom Yuen Hae) or Renanetia Sunrise (Neof. falcata x Renanthera Imschootiana. Darwinara Charm is a lavender blue and Renanetia Sunrise is an orange/red. Both are prolific bloomers. Both of my plants have been in continuous bloom since spring. I grow them like a Vanda.
