Oh no....I've been picking out a Den. monoliforme but first went nutz the other night when I decided to get one of these too. If I keep logging in here, I'm going to have to sell my only child to get more orchids. She's 27 but I'm still her mother and can do with her as I please...can't I?
Neo or Den. monoliforme? I'm in deep and that ain't good.

Tracy, I am just now catching up with all the neo updates you have posted....and OMG! This one is beautiful! Can you send me a pm and tell me how much he wanted so I can pass out and make my day at work go by quicker
Maybe I should convert my collection to all neo's.....hehe. I must admit that the Cattleya alliance has always been my favorite....but I think that has changed now!

Those maybe my last of the weird flowered ones for the year. I think, hehe.

Thought you'd all like to see a photo of Kochou-No-Mai that Glenn & Alex emailed to me. . .OMG! I love the weird flowered ones.
He said this one is quite rare and just starting to bloom. One mature growth and one "pup" LOL
I just think it's gorgeous! But it's veddy expensive. I think I'll hold out for the Shunkyudan and the Manazuru in the Spring. Wonder if Glenn has a Lay-A-Way plan.

That looks like it's going to be a nice one! If you get a pic of it in full bloom, post it please. I'm guessing that this is one of those Neo's where we could only afford part of a leaf even if we all chipped in, so the only place I'll see it is here!
Tell Glenn and Alex to keep the pics coming, they are wonderful and the Neos unique.

I love to receive photos of their awesome, drool worthy Neos!
But it's kinda mean mean mean MEAN of them too! I want that dang orchid!
I am forcing myself to be good. It's a hard, row to hoe.
OOoh, and I'll tell you something else Glenn said mean. . .he wants to know if 25 or 30 of us want to go to Japan for a Neofinetia show? We could hire a private jet and go shopping together. WOULDN'T that be a BLAST and a great way to show our support for Neofinetia growers?
I wish wish wish. . . .such good things for me and for all of you.
I'd better start playing the Lotto, or something. . .

Gwen, I just got home from work and am a little frazzled so didn't read your post clearly the 1st time around. I thought you meant they MAILED you a PLANT of Kochou-No-Mai!! For free or something!! I was so flippin' excited for you! My 1st thought was...WOW, you're a SUPER VIP customer of NWO!!
What a lovely, lovely flower, huh?? Can't wait till mine blooms. Thanks for the pic, buddy!
I would love to go plant shopping and other types of shopping in Japan with all you guys! Then I can hit the electro parties in Madrid with Ramon.

OK, maybe I'm a party popper but if I did win the lottery and was able to go and bought all the Neo's I wanted, how would one get them home with out an import license?

I was thinking that ALL our orchids would ship to New World Orchids. . .with their usual international shipping processes that are already in place.
He brings back Neos from Japan several times a year.
