Default Just potted my Neofinetia falcata traditional Japanese style
It was messy and a pain in the ass...but worth it! Someday I will get one of those expensive nice pots.

I potted it with the cavity since they like to dry out.

It looks perfect!! My Neos mounds are lopsided things with pieces of sphag sticking out every which way, like it was having a bad hair day!

About half an hour; mainly because the Neo was potted in a bark mix with the roots growing through the plastic slits. I tried to cut the plastic around the roots, but it didn't really work out so I had to cut them off.

If I didn't have that problem, it probably would have taken 15 minutes. It's a pretty straightforward process. The hardest part was making sure the cavity was still there after the plant was potted up.
