Looking good Jim!!

Happy happy plant. Looks like yours is a new growth and not a spike. Gonna have to be patient some more to be be certain.
The only complaint I have about Neos is that their nubbins grow painfully slow. I have been watching a nubbin on one of mine for over a month now and it must have grown half a centimeter since then. It is growing much slower than any of the other nubbins did, so I'm praying it's a spike.
