Fugaku, Variable striped leaves
Neofinetia falcata Fugaku (Mount Fuji)
New World Orchids - Leaf: Variable stripes of yellowish cream to lime green.
- Jiku: crescent-shaped.
- Flowers: White flowers.
- Roots Tips: green.
- Distinquishing feature: Pretty patterned leaves, where each leaf can have a different amount of variegation.
Best Culture Tips: Winchester, UK- Grown on a windowsill. (medium light)
- Humidity: 70%- 100%
- Temp: High 25C, Low 10C (Cool - Intermediate)
- Really good air circulation
- Rain water, misting daily or every few days.
- Green Jungle Orchid Food

I am hoping though that documenting the varieties that I have here - and posting photos - will be informative for everyone.
(And of course, help those trying to decide on which variety to add to their collections next! )

Thanks for the photos! I was really wondering what colored blooms fugaku has! Mine is a very happy little neo now, with new roots, growths and leaves appearing. Hopefully it will be big enough to bloom next year. I'm looking fowards to pictures of your other neos you listed on yuo variegated Neo thread!!
