Default Neo Hisui, green flower

I received this one today from Orchids limited along with Neo Kuro Shinjyu (black jade). The flower's are starting to wilt from the stress of shipping.

it might be due to a lack of humidity also.

Wow your Hisui leaves are so much greener then mine! I have it with the same lighting as my other Neo's, but the leaves on my Hisui have turned a purple red....I know that is supposed to mean high light levels....but not sure if that is the case.....Anyways.....it is great to see another Hisui! I can't wait to see more bloom pictures in the future!

Another nice addition!

I have seen Hisui get the purple red pigmentation in the leaves, Becca. But I've also seen others that don't have it at all - even in the same growing conditions. Maybe some individual plants react more strongly to the light?

I can't take credit for the color as I just purchased it.

Very pretty! No worries, maybe it will spike again for you this season. I have one that is in spike for a 2nd time. It was growing in low 70's (daytime temps) in the greenhouse so maybe that warm CA weather is making it whiney
